Thunderbird Mountain Band has been playing venues all over San Diego for the last five years. The band play all the greatest country cover tunes, from the 60s to current, and whether you line dance, two-step, waltz or swing, Thunderbird Mountain Band keep the dance floor full.

Band originator and lead singer, Kord Raines, is from central California. He came down to San Diego with the Navy many years ago, fell in love with the area and has never looked back.

Dave Gryce, another long-time band member, plays a mean bass as well as running the sound for the band.

Al Porras, a band member for several years now, keeps the rhythm section nailed down with his stylish drumming and also helps to keep the average band member age down…..a little.

Jeff Houck, the band’s newest member, ads a super smooth style on lead guitar and his collection of custom Telecasters certainly doesn’t hurt the band aesthetic.
